By accessing, purchasing from, or using SolasReedAI (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our website, funnels, digital products, AI tools, automation services, and managed services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Services & Scope

SolasReedAI provides digital services and products including, but not limited to:

  • Website builds

  • Sales funnels

  • Automation and system configuration

  • AI tools and digital resources

  • Subscription-based management and support services

The scope of services is defined by the selected package, onboarding information, and any written agreements. Requests outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a new agreement.

2. Digital Products

All products and services offered by SolasReedAI are digital in nature. No physical products are shipped.

Upon purchase, you will receive access to digital content, resources, or services as described at the time of sale.

3. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

SolasReedAI provides educational information, tools, and implementation services only.

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Income or revenue

  • Traffic or lead generation

  • Business success

  • Performance or specific outcomes

Any examples, demonstrations, or case studies are illustrative only and do not represent typical or guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on factors outside our control.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete onboarding information

  • Respond to requests for approvals, feedback, or access in a timely manner

  • Ensure they have legal rights to all content, images, logos, and materials provided

Project timelines may be paused or extended due to delayed or incomplete client communication.

5. Payments & Billing

  • Foundation and Growth packages may include one-time setup fees

  • Growth and Managed services may include recurring subscription fees billed in advance

  • All fees must be paid before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing

By enrolling in a subscription, you authorize automatic recurring billing.

6. Subscription Payment Default

If a subscription payment fails or is declined:

  • Services may be paused immediately

  • Ongoing work, support, and management may be suspended

Continued non-payment may result in suspension of access or administrative control until the account is brought current.

7. Cancellation of Subscriptions

Clients may cancel subscription services at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Upon cancellation:

  • All ongoing management, maintenance, optimization, and support cease

  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

8. Refund Policy

All purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, available on this website. Please review the Refund Policy prior to completing any purchase.

9. Content Ownership

Upon full payment, all content created specifically for the client within the agreed scope — including websites, funnels, copy, images, and automation configurations — is owned by the client.

SolasReedAI retains ownership of:

  • Internal templates

  • Frameworks

  • Tools

  • Processes not created exclusively for the client

10. Intellectual Property

All content provided by SolasReedAI, including but not limited to:

  • Text

  • Templates

  • Frameworks

  • Guides

  • Prompts

  • Videos

is the intellectual property of SolasReedAI unless otherwise stated.

You may use the content for personal or business use. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or reproduce the content as your own.

11. Post-Cancellation Responsibility

After cancellation or termination of services, SolasReedAI is no longer responsible for:

  • System performance

  • Updates or maintenance

  • Platform changes

  • Integrations

  • Automation behavior

  • Security or compliance issues

Any future assistance requires a new agreement or service reactivation.

12. Revisions & Scope Changes

Reasonable revisions are included unless otherwise specified. Excessive revisions, repeated changes in direction, or requests beyond the original objectives may be considered out of scope.

13. Communication & Support

Support is provided on a best-effort basis during normal business hours. Immediate or real-time responses are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

14. Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting SolasReedAI is considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • Services may be suspended immediately

  • Access or management control may be revoked until the dispute is resolved

15. Client Content Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all content they provide or request to be used. SolasReedAI does not verify legal, regulatory, or industry compliance of client content.

16. Third-Party Platforms

SolasReedAI is not responsible for outages, changes, pricing adjustments, feature removals, or disruptions caused by third-party platforms or service providers.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SolasReedAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.

18. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including internet outages, natural disasters, service interruptions, or third-party disruptions.

19. Portfolio Use

Non-confidential work may be displayed for portfolio or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.

20. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
